Quote requests: quote form details (name, email, phone, postcode, service and property details), for preparing and sending your quote (lawful basis: steps prior to a contract).
Customer records: to carry out cleaning work and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).

How long we keep it
We keep quote form details for 12 months unless you become a customer. Customer records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
